Self storage is a service offering flexible, do-it-yourself storage for domestic and business customers.
We provide clean and dry containers. Your container is locked with your own padlock (if you need a padlock call us, we can help), ensuring that only you have access to your goods so that you can ensure your container is securely locked at all times and that you have control of all of any keys at all times. |

How much does it cost to store my things with you? |
|

The cost of storage depends upon the space you require and the time you expect to leave vehicles or stored items at the site. All prices are negotiable. Please call to discuss. |

Do the prices quoted include all of my costs? |
|
|
|
The price quoted includes your storage charge, rates, service charges, utility bills and maintenance costs. They are exclusive of VAT. You will need a padlock to secure a container and your goods will need to be insured whilst they are stored at the site. A refundable security deposit equal to one weeks storage charge is payable at the commencement of storage and will refunded when you vacate the site. |

Do I pay weekly or monthly? |

We invoice customers on a weekly or monthly basis as agreed, payable in advance. |

Are your prices negotiable? |
|
|
|

Yes, we are happy to discuss our prices, particularly for longer term rentals. |

How can I pay for my storage? |
|
|
|

Payment can be made by cheque or cash. |
|
How often can I have access to my goods and how much does it cost for access? |
|

|
|
You can have 24 hour access to the site and of course a container will be protected by your own padlock and only you retain the key. |

What are your opening hours? |
|

Our site is accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week. |

Do I have to sign a lease? |
|
|
|
|
No all we will ask is that you sign our standard Storage Agreement prior to moving your property onto the sire. |

How do I get my goods to you? |
|
|
|
|
You can bring your goods in your own vehicle, if you have enough space. We have ample car parking and large loading/unloading areas at all of our stores. Alternatively, we can recommend local van hire/removal companies to help with your transportation. |

Can I transfer to another container if I find I have too much or too little space? |
|
|
|
|
You are welcome to move to another size container at any time, depending on your storage requirements and the availability of other room sizes in your store. |

What is the minimum time I can store with you? |
|
|
|
|
Our minimum storage period is seven days. |
|
Once I take a container how long can I stay? |
|
|
|
|
We will be happy to agree this with you in advance and are very flexible - you will be welcome to stay for as long as you require. |

Do I have to give you notice to leave? |
|
|
|
|
We do require seven days notice of your intention to vacate the site. Notice must be given in writing, by either fax, post or e-mail. |

We are happy for you to store almost anything in our containers. The only exceptions are;
* Living items - including animals & plants * Hazardous materials – including flammable liquids and explosives * Items that could decompose – including perishable items and foodstuffs * Unauthorised or illegal goods - such as firearms etc.
Reminder Customs and Police have statutory powers allowing them to gain access to containers should they serve the appropriate notice on the operator. We may also conduct random sniffer-dog patrols at this site for the protection of all our customers. |

Is there someone at the store I can talk to should I have a problem? |

The storage facility is unmanned. In the event of any problems please use the contact details during normal office hours. |
